Machines and dies are tested for quality workmanship throughout the production process. To give you peace of mind that you are purchasing quality products, we provide the following warranties on various products.

AccuCut Machines: Three-Year Warranty

The AccuCut GrandeMARK 2 Roller Die Cutting Machine is backed with a three-year warranty, excluding the die tray, cutting plastic and cutting mats. GrandeMARK 2 cutting plastic and cutting mats are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty.

We promise the machines will be free from defects in material or workmanship when used as directed. If you experience a defect in manufacturing defect, CustomShapePros will repair or replace the machine at no charge. Warranty does not cover use in a manufacturing setting or improper use.

Standard Wood Dies: One-Year Warranty

Standard steel-rule wood dies are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Improper usage will void this warranty.

AccuQuilt gO! Dies: One-Year Warranty

Standard steel-rule GO! dies are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Improper usage will void this warranty.

Clear Cuts™ See-Through Dies: One-Year Warranty

Clear Cuts dies are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Improper usage will void this warranty.

Pinnovation® Stationery Dies: One-Year Warranty
