Rob Hutt is an entrepreneur and business developer out of Reading, England. Before creating Super-Stache he taught business classes for people looking to build their own companies. He decided it was time to put his classroom principles into practice and develop a great idea to take to market.

"I let the universe tell me what business I should start," said Rob.

That idea arrived through a poorly crafted felt mustache he purchased on his way to a costume party. Rob immediately thought he could build a better product, and add his own personal flair.

CHALLENGE

Super-Stache moustaches and beards began flying off the shelves, and he found it was time to speed up his process.

His father mentioned that a die press might be helpful because they cut out a pattern perfectly each time. Rob investigated custom steel-rule dies and found Custom Shape Pros all the way in the United States.

SOLUTION

He says that he was nervous to make an initial investment because he didn't know what to expect. But when his dies and an AccuCut GrandeMARK 2 Die-Cutting Machine arrived he couldn't believe how well it worked.

"I ran faux fur through the press," Rob said, " and it came out perfectly on the other side."

Within a few weeks, the machine and dies had paid themselves off.
